From Bell's Mill Road to the Red Covered Bridge, we will take measures to improve water runoff management, restore trails, and improve the trail to enhance user experience and safety. This project begins in mid-July and will continue through August into September. So there will be additional trail days throughout the summer.
Directions:
Meet at Bell's Mill Road across from
the parking lot along the Wissahickon Creek. Parking is
also available in the lot along Bell's Mill Road on the Ridge Avenue side.

Join us on any 1st Saturday or 3rd Sunday of each month to take part in our on-going restoration activities. Project details and directions to the worksite will be posted. Sign up to receive email updates.
WRV will provide tools and gloves. Volunteers should bring their own water and dress appropriately (long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and sturdy shoes). Additional volunteer work days are available; please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Susannah Beckett, for more information at (215) 951-0330 ext. 2175. Please RSVP to susannahb@rhd.org, so we can contact you in case we need to cancel due to severe weather.
See you there!
