Volunteers needed!
Join WRV crew leader Ron and Philadelphia Cares volunteers in rescuing recently planted trees from strangling vines.
Meet at the little parking lot on the right side of Cresheim Valley Road
just below Lincoln Drive and overpass. Access Cresheim Valley Road from
Germantown Avenue. We will then carpool two blocks north to Navajo Street, where parking is limited.
The actual work site is located off of Cresheim Valley Drive at Navajo Street just below Germantown Ave in Chestnut Hill.
WRV supplies gloves and tools. Wear sturdy shoes and dress appropriately to be outdoors for 2 hours. Pants are recommended and feel free to bring bug spray. You will get dirty!
For more information, please contact WRV at wrv.info@rhd.org or call (215) 951-0330 ext 2101.

WRV will provide tools and gloves. Volunteers should bring their own water and dress appropriately (long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and sturdy shoes). Additional volunteer work days are available; please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Susannah Beckett, for more information at (215) 951-0330 ext. 2175. Please RSVP to susannahb@rhd.org, so we can contact you in case we need to cancel due to severe weather.
See you there!
