WRV is a volunteer-driven organization, with all of our field work and governance duties being carried out by unpaid volunteers. There are opportunities to cut vines, pull weeds, plant trees and shrubs, build water bars, and much more. If you are unable to volunteer, but want to support our work, you can become a member or make a donation. All donations go directly towards our restoration activities, including the purchase of LOTS of plants.
WRV is always interested in having new groups help us maintain the Wissahickon, and discover the natural beauty that is right here in the heart of Philadelphia. For volunteer opportunities, please click on one of the links at right.
